l.p. - luminous pondering - hmm...

We recently posted about a great many anniversaries of note  that you must take note of - and celebrate,  whether you intended to or not  as 2016 ended and led into 2017... That was on another blog... (HA. You probably were clueless about half of them;  that's why Newsweek makes them lists, y'know!  And *we* blog about it, too!  We complement each other -  awakening the masses!  That's you, duh!) ANYWAY...  It occurred to us, however,  a mere 24-to-48 hours later,  that further awakening  was maybe needed...  As in ''WARNING:  DON'T CELEBRATE THESE ONES,  WILL ROBINSON!'' These obvious Family Guy fans (could have been worse - instead of Seth MacFarlane, they could have been Todd McFarlane fanboys!) have an irreverent and all-around goofy approach towards CNN, GOD and everything in-between (including laughable recent multi-mediatic fads and... Susan Crabtree!) But really now - with flying around the globe required a batty dude who CANNOT FLY to carry around and so many references to the sea (from the absurd concept of a "gingerbread house under the sea"... to Susan Crabtree!) there is no excuse for not having invited an Aquaman and/or GL plush (see linked pics) or these two batty ones instead (see pic below) - to the "big rescue mission" here... The final catch would have been that much more plausible logical, probable, ah, and "cushioney" as well... not to mention that much more enjoyable for all!
